Returns & Exchanges

Because many items are handmade and made to order, all sales are final once an order has shipped. At this time, we do not offer returns or exchanges on physical items after shipment.

If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible at 256craftco@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to help cancel your order.

Digital downloads are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged during shipping or you receive the wrong item, email a photo to 256craftco@gmail.com right away.

If damage occurred in transit, I’ll assist you in starting a claim with USPS. Any replacements due to shipping damage are handled through USPS, as they are responsible for damages that occur during delivery.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

At this time, all items are non-returnable once shipped, including:

  • Handmade and made-to-order items
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Sale items
  • Digital downloads
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges are not available once an order has shipped. If you need to make a change, please contact us before your order ships and we’ll do our best to help.
