How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary based on the option you choose at checkout. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow it along. For any delivery delays or questions, USPS will be your best point of contact using that tracking number.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I do offer international shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply, and all orders ship from Wisconsin, USA for reference.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is on the way, you’ll get an email with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on it every step of the way.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
Because many items are made to order, I don’t offer returns or exchanges once an order has shipped. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, feel free to reach out and I’ll do my best to help cancel it.
Please note: digital downloads are final sale due to the nature of the product.
Can I exchange an item?
At this time, exchanges are not available once an order has shipped. If you need help before your order goes out, don’t hesitate to contact me!
What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please email a photo to 256craftco@gmail.com and I’ll help you start a claim with USPS. Any damage that occurs during shipping is the responsibility of USPS, and they will handle replacement costs.
